Formal Outfits for Sims

Does anyone actually create all 5 formal outfits for your sims and use them all? I only have one (because the game forces you to) but I never bring my sims to anywhere that they would change into a formal outfit. They don't need one let alone five. Just curious.

    I have a wedding outfit, then 1-2 formal outfits, and the rest I use for extra everyday outfits.

    People give their sims 5 formal outfits??!

    Even for everyday I only give them 2 looks lol
