Fossil from Get to Work not counted as collectible

Hi are the gurus aware of this issue where the fossil from Get to Work is not counted as a collectible. As a player who collects every collectibles it is kind of a mistake for EA Maxis to forget about...

So, just to be clear, once the fossil was in your sim's inventory you clicked on it opened it, revealed for example the fossilized mustache (my favorite one) and it still didn't count?
