Fossil from Get to Work not counted as collectible

Hi are the gurus aware of this issue where the fossil from Get to Work is not counted as a collectible. As a player who collects every collectibles it is kind of a mistake for EA Maxis to forget about...

I would assume they cannot add pack collectible because that would mean if someone did not buy any packs they can never complete their set. A pack can have it's own collectibles but they cannot legitimately make those have anything to do with the base game collectibles.
