Four CAS Trait Slots Coming?

Ok so I think we are getting an additional CAS trait slot. When Plumbella did a video showing a shot of CAS, the trait selection panel was badly smudged out for some reason. None of the other simm...

Well, the live stream for Snowy Escape showed only three slots.
