Freckles/Beauty Marks

Hey all... How do you get rid of or add freckles/beautyspots in CAS? I tried everything I could find amd still no option....

I get that this is almost 4 years late but its super simple actually..
Just go to the "Face" tab and then the "Skin Details" sub tab
