Yeah he just used it for a little bit (not even sure what he was doing) and when he was done it disappeared. Not in his inventory or in the household inventory. It literally makes no sense. I guess if it only happens in library venues then maybe the concept was that you are renting a laptop for use at the library.
But I personally think that maybe it's just a bug?
