I am in awe of some of the creations I have seen in your builds. Many hours have been lost in trying to visually deconstruct several of your builds so I can work out what items you have used. Some of your builds can be more challenging than the find-a… picture puzzles.
I have only recently started using the moo cheat and successfully placed a lot of potplants and cooking clutter on a window sill and built a small waterfall. I’ve done the usual place plants into vases or pots and I have put some soft toys and cushions along the side of a child’s bed that was against a wall; but have yet to creatively repurpose items to create new ones the way you do.
The claw machine you posted here is a perfect example of your mind-boggling amazing work.
I am thinking about creating a crystal garden - possibly in a basement with a resident (alien?) ghost to protect it - and hoping to create a beautiful fountain in a crystal edged pool or a waterfall over a wall of crystals. It is still in early planning stages. This idea was inspired after watching an episode from an ongoing Space based saga that inspires thoughts way beyond infinity…. potentially a new story to play.
I’m also hoping to create a functional vegetable garden within raised beds although I will have to pretend that the sims are gardening while sitting on the edge. I would love to see EA (as part of their inclusivity) release functional raised garden beds as that is something I used to use with my RL aged and/or disabled clients a lot. Now I use them myself in RL and have plans for more around my yard although the new ones have the added challenge of needing the plants easily accessible for me but protected from a friend’s horses that visit and graze (mow) my property.
I am looking forward to seeing more of your future creations either here or in the old forum or eventually in the new forum.
Your idea to create a crystal garden which has a fountain or a waterfall over the crystals sounds very pretty! @OzSimsFamily 🙂 When you do it, it would be lovely to see photos of it.
i hope that your work on creating functional vegetable beds with raised edges goes well. They are very helpful in real life.

Thank you for all the sweet comments 💐
My intention to create this post was to encourage Simmers to try themselves and get creative with moveobjects on.
So if you have questions which objects I used or how to achieve something, don't hesitate to ask here. It helps others too :3
A crystal garden is such an amazing idea! The crytal tree from the new pack would be an awesome addition.

Did you create your waterfall with the water sprinklers or a big waterfall from the buydebug?
It is possible to tend raised plants. Just raise the planters from a room below the plants and they are routable.

There are lots of planters in the buydebug. A few examples, from left to right: Horse Ranch, For Rent, Growing Together/My Wedding Stories. I made a thread with the gems from the buydebug at the official Sims Forum.

Thank you for the tip about raising the garden beds from the room below. I hadn’t thought of trying that even though I have seen that technique used on YouTube to create a functional bathroom under the stairs.
The structure I was planning will end up quite tall as I was hoping to use a hidden path sloping up to a rock climbing wall to take the sim to the top. I’m hoping to have water trickling or cascading over the climbing wall as well to partially disguise it (as long as sims can still use it like that). Then I was actually thinking of using the diving platform that has the water fountain and disguising it with lots of crystals and rocks. I will probably need 3 levels of platforms and small pools to get all the way down to the ground level platform and pool. I was planning to use the glowing walls and floor (spa pack) for the pools so it is very mystical and magical as well. There are lots of vibrant jewel colours so each pool area can be themed around a specific colour. I may even include some of the alien plants. I want the “cave” to become an adventure in that sim storyline. I agree that the new crystal tree will fit into this garden cave perfectly. I might even have to include a wedding arch somewhere in the plan as well for that special wedding for the adventurous couple.I was planning for there to be an abandoned mostly-collapsed building above with a broken greenhouse that has some plants still growing ‘wild’ and have an overgrown fishing hole at the other end of the block of land.
I have the plan outlined in my notebook and even more details in my mind. I’m just not sure I have the ability (or patience) to do this; so I will probably be asking for advice several times. I get very self-critical and frustrated with myself far too quickly since the workplace injuries especially on the rough days when pain levels are nasty. It will definitely be a long slow challenging build but will be worth it in the end. I just have to keep in mind that image of my adventurous couple’s wedding weekend.

This sounds so amazing and I'd love to see screenshots of the progress or the finished garden.
And I think sharing your experiences and asking will help you keep going. And I too think it will be worth it in the end.
But I also must say that, even when I don't finish a build (and there are many ^^') I never regretted building it.
I always learn something new and I get new ideas from the things I've learned.
Building is one of the few things that keeps me focussed (I have ADHD) and I can dive in so deep that I get into a flow and forget about time, my troubles and pain.
So building is never lost time for me ^^Here are a few pics of my ingame waterfalls, also placed with MOO. If I remember right, they come from the Island Living and Cottage Living buydebug.
The waterfall in the second and third pic is also raised from the basement because it's bigger than the pool.
