Got two recent ones to share. Though this first one was my own fault. Joel was all set to take Astro downstairs so they could go for a jog, when I noticed I'd forgotten to paint a section of wall after resizing a nearby room. So I went in to paint it, accidentally moved the stairs...and this happened! They ended up in the space between the stairs and wall on the first floor.

First time I've seen this happen during the play interaction. Joanna didn't even try to pick Jacob up, she just went into some sort of spin while he watched. Don't know if it has to do with me belatedly trying to cancel when I saw that Jacob had to use the potty and was tired.
