this is a build I was working on like a little more two weeks ago. Its was for business and hobbies, the upstairs is a co-op. where i have a bunch of sims living in separate apartments, using the lock door feature (not for rent) on the top floors, a restaurant on the ground floor and a club in the basement. It is based on NYC type buildings but I put it in Magnolia Promenade, as I am working on making this new save, my own, but places I know. I was testing the fire escapes, and I noticed a man sleeping on the apartment entry stoop. First time I ever saw this and found it funny because it is very much like New York OMG!
Great build, nice fire escape too. The fire escapes in San Myshuno not being aligned to the window bother me soo much
ty BlueSeaWaves 😊🙏 I forgot there were fire escapes in San My. I searched endless in debug until I ended up making my own. I which they would add functional ones to the game. I found cc, but have yet to try them out- thing they are only decorarive.
