Future Development post My Wedding Stories

I think we all have every reason to be concerned about the possibility of "spaghetti code" where the game becomes overloaded and each new pack added causes multiple bugs and performance issues, because it's exactly what we saw at the end of the Sims 3 lifespan. The question is are we approaching that stage now or not?
