Gaining weight

My Sim is gaining weight without over-eating.. does anyone know what foods cause weight gain, or does this happen if sim isn't exercising enough no matter what they eat? It's frustrating!

When my sims are gaining weight i make them practice yoga once a day for about 3 days and they'll be more than fine: fit and a bit muscled
