Gallery Profile Picture

Hi Can anyone help me work out how I have a profile picture in the community gallery, not just on the forums Many Thanks

I did what others suggested, I uploaded a new photo and bam next day it was the new pic. So yeah I guess their suggestion works for some just not enough.
