I don't see this issue being mod related as I didn't start having this issue at all until I downloaded the last patch and the Get to Work expansion. Now, all my little girls hair is constantly changing It's so aggravating. I never had this issue before with all of my CC until now that the patch/Get to Work are out.
The March 26 patch changed coding in a way that affected a lot of earlier CC. Hair, eyebrow, and skin CC appear to be especially affected.
