I'll have to hit the debug and dump the command queue. At one point I wondered if I was having a problem with cc hair on the one sim so changed it out to safe hair but it didn't fix the issue. The problems are significantly disruptive, more than they have ever been for me.
simply removing CC from your sim doesn't necessarily rule it out as being problematic. Custom content works in mysterious ways and it's possible, though unlikely, for it to impact performance simply by existing in your game. The only way to test it is to remove it from the folder (or remove the entire folder) completely.
