Game Update Dec 2nd! Patch Notes Up

I updated and one of the first things I notice is that build mode looks like it has new objects. The categories are marked as if they have new items but no new items are to be found. Did anyone else experience this with the update? How do I find the culprits and get rid of the yellow markings. The categies are outdoor activities, children creative toys, misc appliances and off the grid outdoor activities
