The thing is no matter who builds them they can only use objects from the base game and this pack , in case people buy it who don't have some of the other packs .
I have never yet downloaded a lot from the gallery as i hate too much clutter in my house and after sims 3 where i downloaded some and ended up almost totally rebuilding them to suit my play style i gave up .
All my own builds are on the gallery but thats simply in case i have computer issues i can redownload them back into a fresh game instead of having to rebuild from scratch
