Yeah, without rewatching the videos, I think it was SimLicy that said they couldn't use MOO so I was surprised when James said they could. I also liked the lounge but planned to convert it to a restaurant. :)
I personally really liked all the builds, but I'd say James' modern starter felt a bit out of place. I see myself renovating that and the lounge a bit, but the other builds will stay as is... for now, at least.
