I brought two Sims and a Servo to Black Spire. They can hang out together, play Sabacc in the cantina and get food, etc. When it comes to missions, each Sim has to complete them on their own, from what I can tell, but I still had them all go together to the First Order area for my main Sim's mission. So I'm playing it in a way where one of my Sims is the "hero" character and my other two are the support cast. I believe I can just switch over when I want a different Sim to be the "hero" but I'm not sure if they are all going to be allowed in the Resistance area. I haven't played that far yet.
Only one Sim at a time can use the food rabbit holes because the menu pops up to select what to eat (though you have the option to get a serving size of 4) but the Sims can sit down to eat together either in the cantina or in a little area with picnic benches. Every new food a Sim eats is learned so they can cook it later.
I'll have to check about accessories on Batuu. They might be limited but I can't confirm yet. I think they are, because my Spellcaster was designed to be an Android but I had to pick a new outfit for her and I noticed that her face markings were gone. (I use the RoM starry face sparkles from the "face" makeup section). However, the golden teeth I gave her stayed.
It's also important to note that the CAS.fulleditmode cheat does not work when you're in Batuu. I tried.
