After my sim used the Outdoor Retreat shower, she wore one of the outfits from home. When I clicked on her there was the option to dress in Batuu wear. I have not explored this anymore.
If you edit the lots you can definitely add things for children and toddlers to do there. Add toys and things from B/B and they should be good.
You can make it fun for the family yourself. :)
