Generic Lot bug?

Oh no. What a disaster. Now it's happening with every household that I open. This last one changed to a national park when I opened it (and it's another one that's always been a residential lot).
For those who are saying it's a simple fix, just evict them: that's what I would normally do if I wanted to move a family out and leave the lot unchanged. But I cannot do it with these lots. Where you normally click the "..." at the bottom of the screen, and get the "Manage Household," "Evict," and "Move Out" options, now the only option is "Sell Business."

Fortunately I have one guy who I wanted to move out anyway; I've never liked his current lot or decor, so I'm going to try "Sell Business" and see what happens. But it's not looking like a great option for the families I actually want to have stay in their homes.
