I have never watched one of Gronkh's videos (to be fair, I generally don't watch game related videos in German), but even I have heard of him. He has 4.8m subscribers on YT, whereas Deligracy (only using her as comparison because she was mentioned previously) has less than 800k. So he may not be relevant to players with a US centric world view, but to EA and the German speaking gamers he is.
And from what others have posted who watched the video, he has not revealed anything that would be considered a breach. One may assume that he knows what he is doing, considering the size of his channel.
I'm the rare person who doesn't know who any of these Youtubers are. The only one I ever watched for only a few seconds once or twice was the guy who quit. Now, I can't remember his name. So, no offense to any one of them, I wouldn't know her, either, I don't waste time on Let's Play videos, not my cup of tea.
