I'll definitely be adding a spa to Del Sol Valley, maybe make it celebrity exclusive if we have ways to do that (new lot traits?). I'm looking for a good one for Oasis Springs which I'm re-imagining as sort of a Palm Springs area for Sims who work in Del Sol Valley but prefer to commute to stay out of the worst of the DSV rat race. I'd also like to squeeze in a karaoke bar, though that's not as important since I have two in San Myshuno, one in Windenburg, and one in my Magnolia Promenade entertainment district.
