Get Famous: Happy/Unhappy w/Number of Lots?

For me I have 2-3 lots max - I don't tear down Maxis houses except for empty starters and never move out Maxis sims - so I do not have 11 lots I have 3 lots and I also have 5 households I groomed to move to this town that cannot now be moved as they have no place to go. Usually we do have 5 empty lots - so it was not as if I was over doing the ones I was playing and grooming to be moved - no the devs gave us even less empty lots than usual.

Also destroying the Venues is definitely something I didn't want to do as they are traited for the star/fame theme of the pack - so doing that is going to diminish some rather different kind of game play in these kind of lots.
