Oh great that had me a little worried too. I like this if their behavior will give them the quirk :).
In addition to adding negative consequences in the Sims Personality, I hope in the future they can do the same woth our normal Sims. Parenthood is amazing but we just need more consequences just like this system.
I had a feeling that this system is going to be deeper than ever before.
