Once the drone has made a video, you need to bring the drone home, open it, take the video out and put the video into a video station. From there, the video might be uploaded.
yes, that's how you do it with skill related videos of any kind, just hit "start recording" on the drone and then start playing the violin/cooking or whatever and stop the recording when you are done, try not to do anything else while recording though or the game won't notice the skill used.
With Charisma...maybe use the mirror to rehearse speech and record that, or give speech on a lectern.
