Get to Work Neighborhood Question

It's a very pretty area but small and lined with sidewalks. I usually leave it as a retail business area.. sometimes adding a park. Once I put in "zoo" with weird animals simmers had created from Cats&Dogs.
I've also have it in one save to house some Old Town community lots (from Sims 1).
I've had a restaurant there with no issue .. but it's been awhile since I've played that save so something might have changed.

I have a mall, indoor ice skating park, cafe, and restaurant. I visit often. Plus it's a good spot to catch rare fish.

Thanks, again, @Karababy52 . I finally saw my first aliens after 1.5 sim weeks. My scientist was talking to a coworker, and suddenly I noticed one standing nearby. I found five as I wandered the lab. I'm also loving all the inventions. Very pleased with my purchase :)

@Aphodile love all of those ideas! I heard that restaurants are glitchy there, but maybe that's been fixed. Maybe when my fascination with the aliens calms down a little, I'll add my own shops, etc., to the neighborhood.

You're welcome again! ;) Oh cool! Reminds me of when my Not So Berry Founder was in the Scientist career and one of her tasks with the satellite was 'Detect nearby aliens.' I was shocked when the circular beams of light came down and encircled the lab receptionist. I had no idea she was an alien until that happened. lol Happy to hear you're enjoying this pack and the inventions, they're so much fun! <3

The vet lot in Brindleton is insanely large for a clinic. The space is better used for a family home in my family save. I dl a cute little two exam room vet clinic from the gallery. It's on a 20×20 in Magnolia vs the 40×30 lot in Brindleton. It's not like my pets get sick all the time but when they do I still like having a vet clinic.
