If you're running a bookstore or toy store, "open" your bookcase, get the books out, and place them on counters, etc. You can then mark them "for sale". (Usually they won't bring in much, but you get perk points for the sale.) Or you can buy more expensive books through the bookcase and put those out for sale. Then put your bookcase up for sale.

Do the same for the toybox. It usually comes with 3 toys inside, but they'll disappear if you just put the toybox up for sale. Open it, and get the toys out, and put those up for sale.
