The feature has always been in clubs. I only use the infamous perk if I want a very particular set of sims to make enemies and not friends. While the opposite for sims I DO want to make friends. So just letting you know the feature has always been there! It took me by surprise when I first used it a long time ago. Buuuuut an infamous club shouldn’t become enemies with other clubs members within the same club. That seems like a bug.
