You go to the map view and then press Ctrl + Shift + C all together to open up the cheat box. Type in
cas.fulleditmode and then hit enter. It needs to be typed in
before you go into cas for it to work.
Then go into the household management and select the household you want to edit in cas. You will be able to edit them as if they were new creations so you can set their relationship to husband/wife. Then just save.
