Getting repeating sound again

My computer isn’t old maybe a year I have windows 11 updated all my drivers it’s the music and repeating words stutters all the time like on a loop very distracting I have done repair game and deleted localthumbcache also the options Still getting the issue it’s been fine up until a few days ago
so hoping someone has a solution
