Getting the butler to cook

Try looking under the assign tasks section, after clicking on the butler. There should be option to tell the butler to cook.

All I have are assign tasks are make drink, play violin, piano & guitar and then comedy routine.

Although cooking is not in the Responsibilities menu, I wish it were. It seems like the butlers will only cook when we tell them to. This is better than them cooking constantly, (*cough* Sims 3 *cough*) but still.

Seriously they can't cook!?? What is even the point?? I'm sure I saw them cooking in the live play??

Cooking doesn't appear in his duties. Just gardening, minors, cleaning and fixing. And maybe attending to guests.

If you have cc/mods in your game, move your mods folder to the desktop. Then start the game and test to see if the cooking option is there.

If the issues still remain, repairing the game may help. To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair.

It looks like butlers are all different, I haven't tried firing and hiring another, but from what I read here everyone has different assign tasks. Mine has attend to kids, play piano, clean, and garden
