Ghost don't age!
I did not know ghost did not age, this is the first time I got a ghost sim in one of my families.

It is nice that you have a ghost sim in your sims household. You will enjoy the different features of playing a ghost sim.

You are unable to turn ghosts go off.
There are settings though , if you use mods, in MC Command Center mod to delete ghosts.

If they have died from an emotional death, they will give off an aura of that emotion. It will affect everyone near them, not just household. Other ghosts have other features (ex fire ghosts can start fires, cowplant ghosts wilt plants, etc)
