Ghost don't age!
I did not know ghost did not age, this is the first time I got a ghost sim in one of my families.

If they have died from an emotional death, they will give off an aura of that emotion. It will affect everyone near them, not just household. Other ghosts have other features (ex fire ghosts can start fires, cowplant ghosts wilt plants, etc)
