Ghost don't age!
I did not know ghost did not age, this is the first time I got a ghost sim in one of my families.

I know when a sim dies they are removed from clubs, but playable ghosts may come in handy to prevent clubs from dying out because since ghost don't age and don't die, if you want to keep certain clubs stick at least one playable ghost in each club. Also NPC ghost will join NPC clubs if ghost population becomes high.
