I tend to 'cleans' the neighborhood ones but I keep the family ghosts. I sort of like the nostalgic feeling of seeing my founder floating around the house generations after they've passed on. Just make sure if this is the path you choose, to click on the tomb and choose to strengthen the bond because otherwise you eventually lose them.
