        You can search for the "Snipping tool" (Windows search bar)
        Drag the cursor around the area you want to capture. 
        Then save a snip 💾 it'll be saved like any screenshot.  
        Here in the forum open the 📷 "Insert multimedia" and choose from the computer to upload the screenshot.
