That is rather cool as my sims live in a house, and one of my goals is to have Meadow Thayer befriend her idol, Judith Ward.
Which isn't easy because Judith is wickedly mean. So having her goal come to her makes things easier.
They can watch movies together and discuss the movie afterwards.
It gives then more social options.
Besides that, I like having visitations from specific sims and glad it's not limited to apartments.
