Giving them a job without playing with them?
I want to change what sims are the neighbours without having to play with all the families. You know, just move the old ones out, create new ones and move them in. But then my town is filled with sims...

The game does assign careers to unplayed sims as needed as well as the NPC roles like buskers. But, I do assign careers and skills to townies for storytelling purposes in my games. I cheat them.
Is there a regular cheat or is there a mod? I had mods in TS1 but haven't in TS2 (skipped TS3) and for TS4 I figured I might wait until they are done releasing packs, and then decide on whether to get mods or not.
