Glitch with Blond Hair on Toddlers

Not so far, but then again the only Toddlers I had in my game were born in-game. I don't change much but their hairstyles and wardrobe. The lightest blond hair is platinum-blond, close to towhead. If a person doesn't have blond hair naturally, you have to bleach the hair first. Always. I know because my late mother had chestnut hair when she was young.
