Hi, I am stuck too. My suspect is a grey haired elder female wearing a long sleeve shirt and skirt that hates children.
The first time my sim sent out an APB no sim fitting that description showed up the entire shift, which could be understandable (I like a challenge).
The next day I sent the sim back to another crime scene for the same case, collected more clues, etc., sent out another APB....new area to search, a museum this time, no one showed again, so I sent my sim for a stroll around the common areas and I found a suspect with all the correct clues and the sim said "You've got the wrong sim" and my sim lost career performance. Now, I assume the sim can't lie. :p
My sim has been able to advance in the career(Captain level 8) because luckily enough cases have been solved. I am just wondering if there is a way to get past this.
Has anyone been clearing out the old clues in the inventory after each case is solved? I haven't. I wonder if that can make a difference?
