Glowing Trees.....

So I've noticed in some worlds especially in the parks, that there will be glowing trees. I thought it was the sun shining through but is it something different?

Can you evolve trees in a park? I have never noticed that before. Which parks are you seeing them in? I would like to check in my game too.
