Good computer to run sims 4 and all expansions packs?

What’s a good desktop or laptop to run the sims 4? Tag in links please. The price could range from $700-$800 US dollars. I’m trying to run the sims on high settings with allot of custom content. Thank you

Hi everyone,
I'm looking to buy a new computer since the form factor of my current one can't handle a good graphics card.
Given that I have every stuff, game and expansion pack, would a pc with the below specs be able to run the game on high/ultra settings?

CPU:RYZEN 7 2700x
RAM:16GB
Hard Disk:1TB HDD + 256GB SSD
GPU:RX 580
Windows 10
