Goofball trait
Do goofballs use only michief interactions in your game? Mine do all the time since latest patch. They don't use any other interaction, not even funny ones.

I put the Personality Please mod back in my game last night and the autonomous toilet pranking was a lot with the mod installed. I used MCCC to disable the autonomy of that interaction because I like that the mod makes my sims more lively and if I'm honest I've never really been a fan of things like pranks being autonomous interactions anyway.
