got to get rid of body piercings

To me they are gross. Fine if every one else likes them in their game . I dont in mine.
But sadley when I edit a new sim the automatically are covered with them !
It makes me want to puck when I see this so its pretty awful have to clear it up.
Is there some way we can control them NOT appearing on sim when you dont want it in the first place ever?
not a fan of tattoos either but they dont appear if not asked .
Got to get rid of these uninvited piercings it really destroys my wanting to play this game that I really like
thanks

    how do get rid of unwanted piercings in my cas when editing a new sim
  • They are in the piercings category, which has a picture that looks like an earring. Click the X and they will be removed. If you mean permanently, I’m not aware of any method for removing Maxis CAS items, although there may be a mod to make them invisible.
  • You can hide them from CAS by making a CAS override with Sims4Studio.

    CAS --> Override
    Select the item you want to change.
    If you just want them to not show up randomly in CAS and on other sims, you can deselect "Allow for Random"
    If you don't want the item to no show up in CAS at all, deselect the options so that the item won't show up in CAS. For example deselect all Age & Gender Flags.
    Save the package, then put it into your mods folder, the mod will override the item and it won't show up in CAS. Do this for the items that you want to hide.
    If you have multiple items, you can merge them into one package by using merge packages in Sims4Studio when you are done.
  • I find them annoying too. In fact, I wish the there would be somehow to obt out of the game adding randomness. Should be very easy to implement. I prefer "decorating" my sims from scratch rather the first having to remove extreme combinations of piercing, necklace and glasses. I never understood why EA think it's funny to suggest that a sim should wear glasses when they sleep. Especially not if that sim is not wearing glasses with any other outfits. I'm a bit surprised that these bad choices were not programmed out n away with.

    OP; I normally click the red cross on the group icon for all facial accessories (I think it shows jewelries&socks). Clicking the red cross cleans accessories. But you must repeat it for each outfit category.
