Those windows just can't be what they mean by arrow slits. The shape is wrong.
Maybe this will become one of those moments like with the Industrial kit, where they showed a window in the promo art that wasn't included in the kit, and people made such a stink that they had to make the window and add it in later?
I'm not an expert on medieval architecture, but I think those narrow windows probably do count as arrow slits - in the gothic style of architecture. The tiny narrow slits without glass are, I think, more typical of romanesque style. I did a search for gothic arrow slits and found some examples (with and without glass) that were similar to the one in this kit.
I think it’s also possible that whoever wrote that description got mixed up and was actually referring to the crenellations (which are in the pack), mistakenly calling them arrow slits.
