Unbreakable does NOT defeat the trait for the record. I got unbreakable plumbing so as to avoid at least that issue (I hate when the tub breaks), and the tub and toilet both break every night. Which would bother me less if the tub was fixable. There is no progress ring when my Sim attempts to repair the tub-- she just goes on and on and on fixing it and it never finishes. I have now replaced the tub and this time I'm testing to see if the repairman can do it, but he's been here for hours too.
Is that because of the Gremlins trait or is this yet another glitch?
ETA: Repairman couldn't fix the tub either.
