Grim Reaper exclusive interaction

I found out, that for owners of the Paranormal SP, there's an opportunity to have an exclusive conversation with the Grim Reaper. It is necessary to be in possession of the Paranormal Investigator license and shortly after the Grim Reaper has completed his "work" you have the chance (if you are quick) to exchange a few words. That's how I discovered this conversation option:

Ask to join the Association of Soul Reapers


Unfortunately, the response is negative.

Ha! Sorry, there are no open positions at the moment...I like your drive, though!

    Oh hey, this was one of the facts I've dug up for the Things You Didn't Know! thread!

    It turns out there is another response. It goes like this:

    Spoiler
    Ah, you remind me of myself when I was your age. Sorry kid, no openings for the foreseeable future.

    Afterwards, this hidden trait is equipped to your sim:

    trait_Hidden_ParanormalInvestigator_AskedGrim

    This prevents your sim from asking it again. So yeah, you can only ask it one (unless you use cheats to remove this trait).
