Simmers are finding it a little hard to do. Try placing the table first then try to add the booths to the table.

It can be done but it is a bit awkward to do. There may be other simmers who have found a good technique of doing it . If you are still having difficulties, use the moo cheat to do it.
The moo cheat is
bb.moveobjects
Edit : The moo cheat is causing routing issue so it is best not to use it.
