It has wind. And a scarecrow. Oh and a calendar that seems to have gotten more attention than the seasons XD

From what I saw the wind is an animation that makes the tree leaves move faster than they normally do and nothing else. FX. This whole game is FX for us to say "ooooo....pretty!" Where's the game play?

I don't find hail important or necessary, so I honestly don't care about that. But to hear that there's fog....now that pleases me greatly.

Sims 3 had fog too. Why am I commenting this? Just because I thought it was my imagination so I googled it and saw an awesome picture of Bridgeport covered in fog.

I didn't play Sims 3, it took too many things away from my play style, unfortunately. I did play Sims 2, though. But I can't remember if it had fog...not to my recollection anyway. But I'm really psyched to see it in Sims 4.

I mean, seeing hail would be cool in Sims 4 too, but I can't say I actually care if it's there or not.

Now hail is a huge dissapoitment for me. Hail means that its raining snow right? Yep my first dissapoitment on all the EP's in sims 4. I live in acountry where snow dosen't exist and sims is one of the tools to immerse myself on place I never get into. Well there is nothing we can do sadly

Also I don't understand the same Simmer wanting Tornadoes and Natural disasters in their games don't care about basic weather types such as normal snow and hail....

Where I live we have no Natural Disasters, so please we don't need that in the game. It's not something you experience everyday so it's pretty pointless to add that imo.

I don't get natural disasters where I am either, but I SURE do get a lot of snow! The paint looks ridiculous to me. It might be "pretty" to those that don't get it ever, or rarely, but it looks silly to me. It does a disservice to seasons as a part of the franchise.

But don't get me wrong.....I want tornadoes and hurricanes and other things simply because this game needs some unpredictable mayhem. And by that I don't mean a scarecrow or bunny NPC. lol

Yeah, this is a bit concerning. First no snow depth, then no sun burn/ tanning, now no hail? What they ARE putting in the game better make up for this.

Why not just call the game The sims 4 Weather lite.

No hail, no snow depth, no sun tan/burn, no seasonal allergies. But we have fog that will most likely be fx and the sims won't see it /care so hip, hip Hooray!

It's the sims 4 we slightly improved summer and some fall with a calendar. Duh >.<

Nope. Just FX. They sure don't care about each other so it would be REALLY REALLY bad if they all of a sudden cared about the fog or rain more.

That's what I'm wondering. They keep saying what there isn't and saying it's so they could work on other stuff. What were they working on though?
Santa's outfit?
Flowers?
A calendar?

I don't see where the best seasons yet is.
