if i already have one of them, do I still get charged for all 3 in the bundle? can't find an answer anywhere

I think it would say what you already own in the Sims Store. I would suggest getting the two missing ones each instead of a bundle, so you don't have a repeated Pack that you already own. Plus, I think most of the Packs that are older are on sale right now.
